How we run our sales
We run several types of sales.
Public Sales
We run 2 and 3 day sales that are open to the public. Usually, everything in the home is for sale and everything is tagged with a price. Anyone can come by at these sales during the opening hours. Most often, we start these sales Friday. For security reasons, we don't post the actual address until the night before. Once the sale opens, we have staff available inside the house to help mark items sold, or to carry items to checkout for you.
Typically in a public sale we have been contracted to sell everything in the house.
All items in the sale are marked with a price. Please note that these prices are firm on opening day.
Our Sales are not auctions. They are ‘tag’ Sales and everything in the sale is for sale when the doors open.
However, please understand that rare exceptions do occur if the family changes their mind about something last minute.
Bargain and Haggle Sales
Bargain and Haggle sales are fun affairs! They happen when we get a contract to empty a house on short notice. We only price certain (or even none) of the items in the sale. Staging these homes may be limited to none.
When we open the doors you get to come into the home and rummage around in the closets, kitchen, bedrooms, boxes, and garage and gather up things you want. Bring them to the checkout area to bargain and haggle for a fair price. We are open to large volume buyers, dealers, and any buyout sales. To get maximum access to these types of sales, Send us a message to be subscribed to our e-mailing list and receive alerts regarding these types of sales. Being short notice homes, advertising is limited.
ALL Sales are Final - Everything is sold as is, where is, with no guarantees.
Payments Accepted - Cash and Credit Card (3% Fee). Sorry, No Checks!
Moving Large Items - Please bring help for purchasing of large items - we do not have delivery or loading services available.
